Can I make changes to my order after it's submitted? Unfortunately, no changes can be made once your order is submitted.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges? No, I do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of the items.

What types of items do you embroider? I can embroider just about anything, including clothing, bags, blankets, and hats.

Can I provide my own item to be embroidered? Yes.

Do you offer embroidery for businesses or bulk orders? Yes, I do. Please message me to inquire about bulk order details.

Shipping and Delivery

How do you ship orders? I ship orders via UPS and USPS.

Can I track my shipment? Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number for your package.

Do you offer international shipping? No, I currently ship only within the United States.

Care and Maintenance

How should I care for embroidered items? Avoid ironing directly on the embroidered design to preserve its quality.

Are your products machine washable? Yes, they are machine washable. However, I recommend hanging them to dry for best results.
