The standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks (excluding shipping).

Do you offer rush orders?

Can I make changes to my order after it's submitted?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once an order is placed. Please double-check all details before submitting.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
No, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

What types of items do you embroider?
We embroider a variety of items including clothing, bags, blankets, hats, and more.

Can I provide my own item to be embroidered?
Yes, you can! Please reach out for approval and drop-off/shipping instructions.

Do you offer embroidery for businesses or bulk orders?
Yes, we do. Please message or email us to inquire about pricing and lead time for bulk/custom business orders.


Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes! A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.


Care & Maintenance

How should I care for embroidered items?
Avoid ironing directly on the embroidered area. Turn inside out when washing to help preserve quality.

Are your products machine washable?
Yes, but we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging to dry for best results.
