Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload and requested completion date. Rush fees apply and vary based on the project details and turnaround requested.
Customer-Supplied Items
Already have an item you would like embroidered? Customer-supplied items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before shipping or dropping off merchandise so your item can be reviewed and approved first.
Business & Bulk Orders
Custom embroidery is available for businesses, organizations, teams, groups, and special events. Bulk pricing and availability are determined by item type, quantity, design requirements, customization details, and desired completion date.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, credentials, sizing, colors, personalization details, and design selections before submitting your order. Once an order has been submitted, changes cannot be made.

Each custom order is created individually with attention to quality and detail. Because personalized pieces are made specifically for each customer, please allow adequate time for your order to be completed before your desired event or deadline.
Current Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed, depending on current order volume. Turnaround time does not include shipping or carrier transit time and may vary during holidays, sales, seasonal releases, or periods of high demand.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalized merchandise. Please carefully review all customization details before your order is submitted.
